At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Yin Yoga

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.
Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors.

Bootylicious is the perfect workout if you enjoy training hard and efficiently. In just 30 minutes, you'll engage in high-intensity training with full focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. Both your heart, lungs, and muscles get a thorough workout. The session is based on strength exercises performed in time intervals of about 30-45 seconds.
